I was tired of trying all types of tips and ideas for my weight loss. Finally I came to know about Dr Chirag and his results which I thought I could consult. On the day of consultation, Dr Chirag had a series of points for my consultation and he came up with a few concluding point which were the reasons for my obesity and I was completely unaware of it. Actually talking to the doctor I came to something about my own body and that was the best part of his consultation. For the first three days when I was asked to take only liquid diet, I thought it would be difficult for me being a foodie but I managed staying on liquid diet. On the second day morning when I put myself on the weighing scale, I was shacked to see that my weight had reduced by 1 kg. This was the moment that motivated me to continue the treatment under Dr Chirag’s guidance and I am very happy that I completed the first 13 days of treatment. I have disturbed Dr Chirag many times in these 13 days by messaging him but this was the most positive point of the doctor that he responded to all my messages sooner or later. His way of explanation about the diet has put an end to all my beliefs that I had in my mind which never ever yielded results. I have lost 5.6 kgs in just 13 days. After I have completed my 13 days treatment, I am not put on any strict diet. I have been asked to eat everything I like but at proper time and in proper proportions which was the best part of the treatment.

My regular practice of Yoga and walking too never led me to shed these many kgs of weight in one and a half years.
