Dr Sharad jain was simply awesome. Perfect example of a true professional with a humane touch. Was very good in explaining the issue and the corrective action that was needed to be done.

I would also like to mention about a staff nurse named Brijita from pist cath ICU department (formerly known as brijita didi by her fellow staff members). She is the best nurse I have ever seen in my life. She is the best example of true custoer service lady. Truly she is the biggest asset to your esteemed institution. Its a humble request to ensure that this feedback is shared to the entire staff of UN Mehta institute so that this not only motivates both of them but also inspire others to do the daily work the same way these two do on a daily basis.
