Sir has given me couple of Sessions of relaxation methods where I could feel better myself and few home-based exercises also to do as a part of CBT to keep up my wellbeing. Sir has given me freedom to call anytime I feel low or in the time of worry.Read less

I found this in my case I easily not able to cop up with any one bt he made me to share my problem without hesitation. Now if talk about the technique and way used by him for improvement is really very effective .with in 10 days therapy I have found a lot of change in me. I really appreciate Ahir'sir behaviour, care and understanding nature.He is too good as counsellor and psychotherapist. Read less
