I went for BERA test of my 3.7 years old daughter. ****** ** **** ************* *** ********* She do all the audiometry tests by her own. All staff in the clinic are well trained and friendly.

The doc was very gentle n was careful towards the child. Gave all information required bout the test. All together experience ws good, informative n helpful

Excellent communication skill and good at professional analysis. Very cooperative and helpful in nature.

My experience was good with doctor . She explained everything very well and way of treatment also nice.

As sound proofing was inadequate the use of cellphone at the operator console renders the testing difficult to the point of being inaccurate.

The talker was asked to leave but I think initial values were tainted.

The whole process was completed by technicians and I was asked to leave.

Only upon insisting that the outside referring doctor should be spoken to on phone did I get to see a doctor at this centre.

She is a very warm and affectionate lady. Her kindness and generosity is truly adorable. She supported us and was very patient in clearing all our doubts.

Doctor talk very well, she explain so politely. Staff was also good, housekeeping boy offer us for water and tea overall good.

Today I visit this clinic all staff and Dr. All are very helpful so I recommend to others. But they take more time then he said.
