hi Bhumika porwal , thanks for your false feedback , you didnot mention why doctor yelled at you on phone , because you didnt want to visit her in person but wanted all the consultation on phone only , which is illegal as per high court ruling, you provoked doctor to get irritate as you were not listening and wanted your solution on phone only . Another thing you did not mention that you were correlating your so called google knowledge with the prescription given to you which was an authenticated prescription given by a qualified doctor unlike your google knowledge. ,but sorry to say you did not mention why the doctor was like this with you but not with others . Sorry to say again but patients like you give false negative feed backs when their ego is not served , whatever you did was not right , even after explaining to you repeatedly by my staff on phone you kept on calling again and again and tried to disturb doctor , staff, and patients waiting in the hall, staff requested you to come personally to consult but you wanted on phone only , other patients were getting disturbed because of you so doctor got irritated, which you said yelling . we came across daily with patients like you who want phone quarries to be solved , when we don t then they take out their frustration by giving false negative feed backs like you . god bless you and your ego . thanks
