Very unfriendly doctor, he do not talk to patients, only his staff deal with patients, my father get confused because he didn't find any satisfactory information about his disease

Pls don't waist your time with this Dr.He is not friendly with his patients.I took appointment with this Dr for surgery but he and his staff did not give any response till three hours .I was very dissatisfied .
