I wanted to make a payment with my card but was asked to withdraw from an atm and pay in cash, apart from being a major inconvenience, I do not prefer cash transactions. Also I did not receive a physical bill for the treatment. The transaction message on the app is not a legal bill.

Too much costly....the same procedure was done to my friend last week in trivandrum and it cost only Rs. 600 and here it gave a bill of Rs. 1150. That's almost double amount.
