I have been suffering from ADHD-like symptoms for a very long time. Dr. Karira was immensely helpful both over Whatsapp and during the appointment, and I would heartily recommend her to anyone with similar symptoms.

I'd had a bad experience with a previous psychiatrist so was a little anxious going into the appointment, but Dr. Karira immediately put me at ease. She listened carefully to my experience with the issue, and asked good questions. The appointment lasted half-an-hour, and I felt much more confident of being able to manage my situation after I came out of it.

She was warm and friendly, explained the issues surrounding Adult ADHD well to me, and was happy to let me choose my timeline for treatment.

Life can be complicated, and mental health issues are unfortunately a taboo in India. I found a caring, non-judgmental doctor in Dr. Karira, and it felt like having someone in your corner who's going to help you deal with your mental health struggles.

It’s not very often that you see someone and can’t think of anyone who’d be better suited for what they’re dedicating their life towards! Dr. Sanah Merchant's skills and experience enable her to diagnose the issue accurately. I have approached her on a few occasions and her diagnosis is spot-on! Followed by an effective and prompt result-oriented line of treatment.

She inspires patient-confidence, and is gentle and pleasant in her mannerisms, which puts the patient totally at ease, be it a young child, adult or a senior citizen. I have also requested her for home visits when overseas relatives visit (and unfortunately catch viral / flu or a tummy bug) and that's such a convenience when the patient is unwell and unable to visit a clinic.

I met Dr. Anjali in November with an anxiety and panic disorder i was dealing with from the past 2.5yrs. And after meeting her within 2.5months i find myself recovered almost 90%. My very first meeting with her was the moment I'll never forget, because i just saw her and tears rolled down my eyes. it took me ten minutes to speak my first sentence and i told her im tired and fed up of my symptoms and thoughts and anxiety, and if she could please help me out and by the time I left her cabin she had assured me that I'll be okay, i'll be the person i was and there is absolutely nothing wrong with me. she gave medicines and more than that faith and belief of path of recovery. she has already brought me down from my dose of medicine and I'm feeling better. each appointment with her gave me faith that i can come out stronger. she is extremely kind and empathized with each and every word i said. and has always responded at any time I msgd her and I'm hoping to be me soon. thank you for being god sent for me and many of us. my family and me can't thank you enough.

The doctor was extremely friendly and made me feel super comfortable from the beginning. She made sure to hear me out carefully and asked me relevant questions without being judgemental or condescending. She then explained why she was recommending the treatment based on my diagnosis and also gave me freedom of choosing between treatments that I found convenient for myself.

Doctor is so professional and friendly. Explains the issue properly, is empathetic, hears you out and acknowledges your problem. Doctor is also available for support on WhatsApp and gives timely responses. The wait time for the doctor is 0 minutes in my experience. She is always on time. Great to have found a doctor like her.

It was a good experience with the doctor. Her's friendly behaviour helped to communicate well and I was able to share my problems fluently. The rare quality in Dr. Karira is that she is not looking to over medicate you and jump to telling you her solutions. She really makes you feel seen and heard, and for someone struggling with anxiety and depression that is a big part of your treatment.

I've been visiting Dr. Anjali for 6 months now and I have seen drastic improvement in my mental health! She is very calm, patient and comfortable to speak to.
