I was sold the package of 6 months which I paid upfront. I was promised to get medicines for 6 months and external treatment as well. Although I missed appointments for two months when I requested them to adjust it and give the medicines for the months that I missed they simply ignored it. Their attitude changed and told me to pay them more if I have to take the medicines. Really unprofessional and terrible customer service.

The consultation was quite good. The doctor approached me very friendly and discussed the health issues well. But the package offered for the treatment was a bit expensive for me. So I discontinued there and chose different treatment option.
