Dr. Dinesh Kumar Tyagi Clinic

I booked the appointment through practo on 11th December and received a confirmation message too. But after reaching the clinic i got to know that the doctor was not available. There were two guys at the reception who told me very conveniently that doctor would be available tomorrow. I told them I have booked the appointment for today and they said the doctor has to go to a wedding function. They were not even courteous enough to apologise for the inconvenience caused. If the doctor was not available at the clinic why my appointment got confirmed?

And also the clinic is situated at a corner of a shopping complex and there is no signage outside the clinic or nearby to guide you, just a plus sign which they have made with a tape. The contact number i received in the message was also not working. So it is not easy to spot the clinic untill you ask the other shopkeepers. The clinic definitely needs to be managed in a better way.

Appointment was confirmed and fixed for 2.30 pm on 27th January. But Doctor was not available. His one of staff was available outside the clinic and he regretted that doctor might be available in evening after 5.00 pm. However he was not sure of this. Patient had to walk 500 to 600 meters to locate clinic in a big market area of Alpha-1, with suffering from Arthritis and swelling in knees. It was hurting, doctor did not inform patient nor appointment was cancelled whereas mobile number and e mail was provided with the appointment. This highly irresponssible on the part of a reputed doctor. I will never recommend to my friends/nearer dearer to visit such doctor.

This doctor is down to earth. Has to be admired for his approach in making patient calm and confident about his health. He uses his mood to treat patient and obviously highly effective medicine. He treated my mother and I am glad that she was well and honestly it was not about medicine it was about his friendliness and mood.
