I went inside and sat down on chair which was approx 10 feet away from the doctor. I put down the mask just to show her the ringworm evolving on my face. Instead of checking it , she started lecturing me that this generation do not understand anything and said "Did I ask you to remove your mask". I said i was showing it to her but she did not listen.
I dont know why she was rude to me. I visted her for 5 skin issues but she refused to talk about other issue and said that we will focus on one thing and then move to different issues once we get rid of this issue. It was like she wants patients to be stuck with her for future fees and consulation fees.
I know i am not a doctor but how the dark circles under my eyes are related to ringworm. I dont know how giving consulation on other issues will impact my ringworm issue.
SHe simply refused to discuss other issues and did not understand anything and keep emphasising on dialogue "This Generation Issue is this and that".
If i am paying you, I want you to listen to me because i do not have loads of money to spend. If I am coming for consulation it is your duty to listen and recommend whats best.
I came with 5 diffrent skin iusses but she did not hear any.
I will not recommend this doctor to anyone.
I also said, i am not from Delhi, kindly give me medicine which i can buy locally asi cannot come again.
She insisted on taking medicine from her.

Listen with due respect you must be very talented in your field. But because you're talented or you think you're so talented doesn't mean you have to be aggresive about it and be rude to your patients. :) you took off your mask but didnt let me take off mine even though you made me sit 5-6 feet away from you because you thought that sitting in AC and talking must be exhausting but a person coming to you in mid day in this heat won't be.
Secondly, what's with all this pressure you build up on your patient? I wanted to ask questions but you said and I quote ' I'm not here to teach you human anatomy ' Duh! I know you can't teach the whole human anatomy in one session or in matter of minutes. If that would have been the case then everyone would be a doctor today. You're there to help. Not make matters worse. You told me to not take stress but you created such an environment with all this restrictions even though you couldn't follow through your own rules ** ***** **** ***** **** **** ***** ********** ****** You own staff put on the mask after watching me enter. You acted so superior that it would make anyone uncomfortable talking to you about their problems. Ma'am i know you didn't mean any harm and wanted to help. *** ** ** ****** ** *** **** **** ******* ** ** * **** ******* *** ** **** ***** * **** ******** ** ** * ****** ***** ****** **PRANAYA PANDEY couldn't care less to be anonymous.

The doctor was extremely condescending, not very willing to listen to concerns. First time ever have I heard a doctor say it's been 15 mins with one concern for the next one be quick as she doesn't even have 5 mins.
She suggested prp as a way to correct some concerns without giving any kind of explanation of what prp is ...so she expects the patients to know things but when asked in turn that based on what I have seen on this treatment it looks painful instead of listening to the question and answering that she proceeded to tell me how she doesn't like to hear Google youtube based queries. I mean in this day and age, people tend to check immediately about what is happening and see things online but taking an appointment with doctor can take longer. It's fair to expect atleast either suo moto explanation or atleast clarification of questions.
While I did take her prescription for the acne concerns and I hope it works but definitely not going for a second visit. If you don't have the time and patience to see a patient then that's rude and arrogant.
We get that you are the doctor and would know what you are talking about ******* ********* *** **** but expecting patients to just not ask any questions is unreasonable because it's their body to which your suggestion and advice applies.
Not recommended at all.

Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionWait time
I had been struggling with acne and pimples for a long time. I tried many home remedies and over-the-counter products, but nothing seemed to help. I decided to consult Dr. Deepti Shrivastava after reading the glowing reviews online and I'm so happy I did. Dr. Deepti Shrivastava was very warm, courteous and professional. She listened to my concerns and examined my skin thoroughly. She diagnosed the root cause of my acne and pimples and prescribed me a personalized treatment plan that included oral medication, topical creams and lifestyle changes. She also explained the dos and don'ts of skincare and gave me valuable tips on how to prevent future breakouts. I followed her instructions diligently and within a month, I saw a remarkable difference in my skin. My acne and pimples reduced drastically, my skin became clearer and softer, and my self-esteem improved. I'm very satisfied with the outcome and I highly appreciate Dr. Deepti Shrivastava's expertise and guidance. She is an amazing dermatologist and a compassionate doctor. Thank you, Dr. Deepti Shrivastava!
