Practo Care Surgeries

I had such a bad experience with Dr. Sushma Patil and the staff of Tara clinic (fearfield, Jayanagar). booked a follow up appointment through practo app, contacted to receptionist so she said as its a follow up checkup within 10 days of treatment, so there will be no consultation fee. appointment was for 5:30 pm, doctor came around 6:10pm and as she saw its an follow up checkup , she said I'll not do checkup without consultation fee, any way I'm getting under consultation fee from practo, I'll not do for free, we were ready to pay though but the staff and doctor had a bad debate on payment and all so that we came out of the doctor's room to reception, no one came to convey what was wrong , all went to different different rooms, even the staffs were so unprofessional that they didn't bother about patient, or they were not communicating or conveying about the delay of the appointment for about 40 mins, and never seen such a scene creating infront of patient, such a bad experience, never recommend anyone to visit the clinic, such unprofessional staff.

I was suffering with Pilonidal Sinus, at first it felt awkward but Dr. Sujoy is friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Sujoy really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. He is a great doctor,He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns.

would like to share my experience in excelcare where my mother Lakshmamma had been admitted for gall bladder stone issue. She received a very good treatment and the surgery was a success. Dr. Sujay B R, took 3-4 months to get her fit for the surgery as she had a high risk factors of artery blockages upto 80% and sleep apnea. I would like to thank Dr. Sujay sir for giving my mother best treatment. She is doing better now.

Dr Sujay performed complex Hernia Surgery to my father which involved putting large mesh to cover multiple hernia spots.
