He addressed my concerns really well during the fertility consultation. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, though a bit expensive. I would rate my overall satisfaction as 3.5 out of 5.

I was not happy with the hospital(Navchetana at Yelahanka) than the Doctor. I was asked by the hospital staff to come at 1.pm though the appnt was at 1.30. They made me wait for 30 mins. Doctor did not follow up personal
I was not happy with the hospital(Navchetana at Yelahanka) than the Doctor. I was asked by the hospital staff to come at 1.pm though the appnt was at 1.30. They made me wait for 30 mins. Doctor did not follow up personally to my blood, urine and ultra reports. It was done by a naive doctor who was finding it difficult to interpret the report. He read the report to the doc over the phone. Without even looking at the report the doctor suggested me to go for CT scan for further investigation. I felt these people are there just to loot ignorant patients.

Initially when I met the doctor his behaviour was very nice, he suggested various tests and asked me to send the reports via whatsapp. I called up the reception several times but I was not able to reach the doctor to show my reports, moreover they told me if I want to get in touch with the doctor I need to take consultation one more time that too after 10 days.
I (patient)was in severe pain so I had no other option than reaching out to another doctor .
