Dr. Nidhi and Dr. Sangita are both very helpful and kind! Dr Nidhi has been extremely helpful in improving my back pain and is a wonderful physiotherapist :)

The Doctor and her assistant are both great and give personal attention to all patients. They focused on my wrist, and covered my neck treatment too which was stiff due to bad posture. Being a software developer, that helped me a lot in the future too. They showed me a lot of exercises for overall posture improvement and core strengthening along with my hand, which are good for general fitness and I can continue to do on my own. She does not just concentrate on the part you have injured, but also advises for overall strength and fitness.

The sessions last 30mins-1hr depending on the treatment. Sometimes you need to wait in case of rush, but usually works smoothly with appointments. Ultrasound, IFT and diathermal treatments are available in the clinic. She does not call you unnecessarily if not needed, and reduces appointments gradually as per requirement, which is not true at a lot of other places.

Dr Sangeeta explained in detail about my condition and the course of treatment she would take.She alongwith Dr Nidhi were very helpful in giving me the course and explained me how it would help. since I had knee pain I was given heat stimulation and a few exercises were shown which would give strength to my muscles. i was told to continue these at home also since they will help me for circulation also due to my numbness in feet. Very friendly in their approach and made me relaxed.it boosted my self confidence a lot. Thanks to their work.
