I and my wife has been getting counselling from her for the past 8 months, and our marriage has recovered from a condition of near breaking to gaining back our communication, our understanding and slowly-slowly we are now gaining back each other too.

I want to take a moment to say that I have found Dr Shivani’s services to be most helpful in navigating through the difficulties of my relationship with my significant other. I commend her unique approach to therapy but more importantly, I love that she truly cares about her patients and their well-being. What makes her a rare exception to the field is that she is not in this profession for the money but to support those who desperately need her expertise to come out of their daily pain and suffering. She uses her gift and talent to truly help others and puts 100 per cent of her time and effort into her sessions.
There have been times when I’ve called her and she spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me and I wasn’t even charged. Once again, thank you so much for giving me perspective and direction. More importantly, thank you for caring for me. You’re truly one of a kind. I look forward to our next session:)
Definitely not going to recommend her for any therapies. had a very bitter experience. ****** *** *** **** ********** ** *** ******** ****** No accommodations were done for emergency situation. session was allotted to someone else inspite of making payment as per the time allocations. Finally for not continuing the session, below message was sent" Well, you don't get to decide how my slots work. Yes, my slots are booked 2-3 weeks in advance and yes clients pay the money the moment they book the slot. They do not make the therapist wait coz they have got financial issues to sort. - Answer to this, she needs immediate payment as soon as the session is over for the upcoming session after 2 weeks.
Talking about flexibility, I wouldn't have had waited more than 2 times to receive the money and still keep the slot on trust basis. Despite you not paying till the last hour, I still cancelled a client's session who had paid 3 weeks in advance to accommodate you. - Answer to this, nothing of this sort had happened. As I have track of payment made records.
And lastly, you know what we say in therapy. The way the client talks to the therapist especially negatively, imagine how they would be talking to their partner.- Answer to this - how can a therapist demean her client who is undergoing a treatment. ** **** ****** ************ ************
I do not wish to work with anyone who doesn't have even the basic courtesy to respect the other professional's time as they respect and care for their own. - Answer - it was our mistake to have gone through this

Shivani Misri Sadhoo is genuinely an excellent couples therapist. My marital life was in the doldrums, but Shivani ma'am made it possible to restore it in a reasonably quick space of time. A marriage that was looking like a trauma at one stage is now blossoming again. All thanks to Shivani ma'am. A must-recommend counselor, for saving your marriage to fall apart.
