Anxiety and head vibrations
Hello Doctor. I have been struggling with anxiety since one year. I experienced many symptoms before like muscle twitching, spasms, buzzing sensations etc which are not present now. But lately I'm really getting a wierd symptom like Whenever I rest my head to a pillow I feel my head is internally vibrating. When I touch there I can't feel but I can feel it internally. It happens only when I sleep. This is really disturbing and I'm unable to cope this. Please help. I'm hypochondriac. Sometimes I even get a kind sudden adrenaline surge when I sleep. I can't explain this symptom. Please helpppp !!!

Dear, what you explained are symptoms of individuals who's body and mind is imbalanced due to excess air/wind energy or movement energy.              Think about wind. It's always Wavery, moving, jumping up and down, dry, cold, rough, subtle. You will experiencing such symptoms in your body in the  form of vibrations, disturbed sleep, poor lubricantion to muscle etc. Don't worry. You can overcome this by following few lifestyle changes.

Health Tips
On your food, consume warm and cooked food. Avoid raw, dry, light, bitter, pungent foods. They will increase more Air or wind. In take good oils in your diet. Do oil massage weekly once. Do foot massage before sleep. Reduces physical exercise to moderate levels if you do excessive. This should help to bring some relief to your problem.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
